Just like our line of stainless steel shell and tube heat exchangers our titanium models also come in a wide range of cooling capacities from 1 Ton to 25 Ton, and heating capacities from 4 to 375 Ton! Our titanium heat exchangers are fully constructed with titanium shell and corrugated titanium interior tubes, ensuring adequate turbulence and avoiding inefficient laminar flows. These heat exchangers are sized and optimized specifically for our ChillX and Chillking line of glycol chillers, and offer the best available corrosion resistance for greatest longevity.

Our small, portable water-cooled dehumidifiers are an excellent and affordable option to dehumidify efficiently with a chilled water supply.

These inline/process chillers are available from 2 - 10 ton and offer a compelling cooling solution unique to the industry. Models without a cabinet do not have a reservoir or pump while models with 12" cabinet include a built-in pump but no reservoir. Accordingly, if you choose a unit with-out cabinet you'll need to supply an outside pump source and your own reservoir. Units with cabinet will still require an outside reservoir.

Our Chillers stainless steel chiller coils are much more durable, more corrosion resistant, and considerably cheaper than similar copper chiller coils. Stainless chillers take slightly longer to chill than copper (because copper is a better conductor of heat), but stainless is a better solution for use in hydroponics reservoirs which may experience highly variable pH levels. These stainless steel chiller coils are made from 3/8"-OD corrosion resistant SAE-304 grade stainless.

ChillX Chillers: Custom built, Horizontal (RTU-Style) and Vertical orientations are available from 1 to 100 tons! An auto fill mechanism is available on all models with built-in reservoirs. Water distribution manifolds can be custom built to meet your exact needs and drastically reduce the normal manifold and piping footprint. Our innovative manifold designs reduce what can be a complex array of control valves and fittings to a device which fits in a cabinet of 30"W X 19"H X 12"D!

Our ChillX Budget Vertical chillers come in capacities of 2 Ton or 5 Ton and represent a very flexible and affordable option for the budget-minded user, but sparing none of the features and custom design elements you've come to expect from our higher end units. Water distribution manifolds can be constructed to meet your exact needs. Our innovative distribution water manifold drastically reduces the normal manifold footprint. Our innovative manifold designs fit in a cabinet 30"W X 19"H X 12"D. In most cases up to ten pieces of equipment can be run on this manifold system.

J/JB Series and other STA-Rite® Industries centrifugal pumps can be ordered with T.E.F.C. motors, and with other design characteristics. J Series with Noryl® impellers is abrasion-resistant for normal applications with working temperatures to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. JB Series has silicon bronze impellers and viton seals for even higher temperature applications. These very heavy duty pumps are commonly used for: water irrigation for homes, farms and industry, water-cooled air conditioning applications, and industrial process chiller applications.
